Developing your action plan
The Net Positive action planner has been designed to accompany the Pathway to Net Positive Hospitality and act as a support for the ‘Take action’ step. It can be used to identify relevant actions and can also be used to track progress on chosen actions.
It is filterable by various categories, such as issue, stakeholder relevance, cost, ease of implementation and potential impact, as well as relevant hotel departments.
Once you have filtered to the actions which are relevant to you, you can use the spreadsheet to add actions to your plan then keep track of related notes (such as team leads, start and end date and finance needs).
Who is it for?
Those responsible for creating an environmental action plan, typically hotel managers or sustainability leads/teams.
