Ascott has launched a comprehensive Disability Inclusion Playbook for the accommodation sector, aiming to set a new global benchmark in accessible hospitality. Supported by key industry partners, the playbook provides practical guidance and measurable commitments, such as staff training and standardized accessibility information for all properties starting in 2026.
Glenn Mandziuk, President & CEO of the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, called the Playbook “a beacon for systemic change,” emphasizing that it offers the industry a roadmap for making hospitality universally accessible so that “everyone, without exception, can truly belong”.
