ITP has recruited a new director who will take the position from June.

Madhu Rajesh has been appointed and will follow on from Fran Hughes as director. Madhu will step into the role from Monday 4th June 2018.

Madhu joins ITP from Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP), where she is currently Director of Partnerships & Development, prior to which she was Director of Development & Partnerships at The British Asian Trust for nearly five years, working on a range of development issues including human trafficking and youth employment. Madhu spent the first decade of her career in the travel industry, with international experience working for Hilton, Marriott, Emirates Airlines and Starwood among others. Passionate about financially sustainable and socially responsible business, Madhu has coached several laureates of Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards over the last decade. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Chair of the ITP Board Wolfgang Neumann, who was on the final interview panel, said, “I am delighted to welcome Madhu to the ITP team. She brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion with her and I look forward to supporting her in the pursuit of our ambitious 2030 goals.”
